"This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived."

"Had everything we needed, in a nice location. Very chill, quiet, with a nice fire pit in the back. A screech owl visited us there. Lots of lovely places nearby as well, good recommendations by the host. We hit El Gaucho Winery, the Lighthouse restaurant and Krause Springs, all very convenient from the unit."

"This is the 2nd time this year (April & Nov.) we have stayed here. The 1st visit was booked w/a competing rental app, but we saved about $600 booking through VRBO. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary & my birthday. The home is in a neighborhood, but still feels quite secluded. The houses on either side were empty during both stays. Plus, it’s on the corner of a cove that sticks out into the water a bit further than the neighbors. Once again, the peace & beauty were stress free & healing. ...

"We stayed at this beautiful homely cottage during solar eclipse week, it’s a nice clean place located away from all busy places and very confidently located for groceries and Main Street. We spend time visiting a few places near by and the Main Street. The Numinous Coffee Roasters was 10 mins away, we probably had the one of the best coffee at this place. "The cottage was very cozy and everything was clean. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and you have a beautiful view from the hot tub of the bridge. Perfect for a relaxing time off. "

"Our family was traveling through for a high school sports event and it was the perfect place to unwind and make a few memories. The decor of Willie’s House was so fun. While the house isn’t large, it had plenty of space, was well appointed and thoughtfully laid out. Mark, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were specifically looking to stay somewhere with a hot tub and it fit the bill perfectly. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!"
