"Booked this last minute as the Klamath river wasn’t fishing. Have to say it ticked all the boxes. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. The deck in the back is large and overlooks the river. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Plenty of room in the driveway to fit our truck and raft, could easily get two boats in there. "Cute studio with a spectacular view of the ocean. The unit was clean and has the basic necessities. The wall heater warmed the space quickly. It was quiet during our stay. The property is in a safe location and well maintained. We recommend this place! "

"Nothing bad to say about the staff.... That said, this place was very dirty. I don't think they really ever clean it. Some examples: The floor was so dirty our feet were brown. The walls had goop on them The lamp had a layer of dust that showed they never cleaned it. I would rather stay in my car than here again. "
