"Really liked the property. Staff was great. Rooms were great. Location was great. If I had one minor complaint it was that the pool is very small and after staying at the property for 8 days I was never able to get two chairs to sit at any day of my stay. I went down to put my towels out on chairs before 8 am and they were always accounted for. I gave up after day 4. "

"Fabulous stay! We love the Marriott; attentive, professional staff, wonderful food and beautiful grounds. HOWEVER, this is NOT a particularly handicap friendly property; the room doors are quite heavy making it challenging to hold the door open while maneuvering a wheelchair. There is also a threshold at the base of the door that is difficult to cross over. There are few elevators making it difficult to get to the pool areas. "The Sheraton is a very well kept property. The staff is very friendly and prompt. The Luau is fantastic! If you have a vehicle while staying at the Sheraton, be aware of the Luau nights. Valet gets super busy, so you are better off self parking. This is a resort, so there are a lot of kids here. We stayed from Dec 26 to Jan 2 so during a peak vacation time for families. "

"Great hotel. Door lock broke twice same day making for frustrating experience waiting for engineers to fix. Staff refused to add 1 hour later check out despite hotel half full and my diamond status. All dialed in to charge for everything extra. Poor value "
