Our only complaint was the air conditioning. When on it was very loud and there was no way to change the fan setting. It was either on or off. We had to turn it off at night. "I’m giving this good ratings but I did want to comment on a few issues. Overall, we enjoy this place and it was our 2nd time back. We stayed in room 823. The toilet in the master was not working right and I noticed it right away when we arrived. It had a small bit of water running all the time so it always made noise. My 2nd complaint with this unit was that there were a lot of small/medium size cockroaches all over. I probably killed 15-30 of them but it didn’t seem to make a difference....

"The resort was very nice and their amenities were just what we needed. The unit we stayed in was not in the best condition; the kitchen cabinets were dirty and worn down and drawers did not move easily. Some of the dished and utensils were dirty. There were a few small nails protruding through the carpet/tile transition so we had to wear shoes in the unit. "

"The location is walkable to the market and restaurants. The resort itself does not have a restaurant. The balcony is infront of the beach and ocean. Plenty of parking lots. "

"My family and I had a fantastic time at Nate's villa at the Westin. The villas were spacious and well maintained -- we even had an ocean view from our balcony which was a major benefit. The resort itself was beautiful, had great amenities, and was in a perfect location for all the activities we had planned. Nate was a fantastic host -- he was extremely responsive and helpful, and provided some great recommendations. He was also able to solve some VRBO website issues quickly and provided updates...
