"First impressions on driving up were worrying, as the exterior is poor, with the front littered with cigarette butts, and no parking (a sign on the wall would be helpful as it look as though you can park there). "We stay at the Travelodge in Sheffield to move my son out of Uni halls. The Travelodge was easy to get to and parking was next door. The staff were very helpful, especially with the parking. They also informed us on breakfast, dinner and bar times and about door lock times and what to do. "Cottage was clean and well presented with lots of extra touches. Netflix was a bonus! Unfortunately the management company let down the whole experience. Security deposit required prior to releasing check in information, and we emailed them when we found a mouse in the property but they failed to respond. Also the cleaner was waiting for us to leave which wasn’t great! Parking is limited but luckily we found a space on arrival. Dog friendly but be aware no enclosed yard and dogs are not...

"Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay."
