"This is not a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, but we wanted to see London and didn't plan to lounge around in a hotel room. The staff was outstanding, friendly and went over the top to accommodate us and answer questions about the area and London in general. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance to the Metro, a grocery store, and many restaurants. If we were to travel again to London, we would stay here again."

"Comfortable bed, and the shared toilets and showers were nice and clean. Unfortunately I didn't sleep well due to noisy pipes even after turning the radiator off. A 10-15 minute queue for breakfast at 8.30 (opened at 8.00 on a Saturday)."

"Check-in was easy. Desk open 24hrs. The room was small but as expected. Everything clean and decent for the price. We had a shared bathroom of which there were two on our floor and very clean. A basic, budget room and just what we needed. Good location and secure. "

"Our room was great for a family of 4,a double and 2 singles. Basic shower room but excellent for the price especially given the location. Take a bit of time to explore locally for food etc"
