"Perfect tourist hotel in downtown Munich. The staff could not have been nicer. I reserved parking in the hotel and loved taking the car elevator! If you need to park a car, I highly recommend to reserve a spot ahead as there are only 6 parking spots. There are 3 coffee shops within less than a minute walk, all amazing. The hotel also has coffee and tea and some apples always available and some wine for a small price. My room was a single, perfect amount of space and a darling antique- design...

"The stay was fine. Our room was not ready when we arrived which we understood because it was early. However we have never had to pay to keep our bags at the front desk which we thought was tacky. I asked if they would text me when our room was ready and they did not. "
