I know that we needed a handicap accessible room and it made it difficult to switch, but it was still annoying despite their every effort to get the door lock to work. We couldn't use the discount at the nearby restaurant because we didn't have a key to show. Breakfast was sub-"usual" Hampton Inn- sign said pancakes but they were french toast sticks, all the juices tasted watered down, coffee tasted slightly scorched,...
