Our room was fine but located on the second floor above the designated smoking area where noisy people smoked and drank alcohol from 8:30pm until long after midnight. I asked for the noise to be addressed or chsnge my room my room and it stopped for a while but other smokers soon returned. No sleep. We will never stay here again.

Reserved a twin bed room, received a king bed room for three people. Had to get a roll-a-away. Toilet tank didn’t work and had to fix it myself. A sad ending to what started as a nice family outing. This ends my making reservations with Expedia.

I did not like that pool and hot tub were unavailable- it would have been nice to receive an email prior to my visit- this was the main reason for booking your hotel- we all were very disappointed- felt like there should have been a $20 discount for the pool and hot tub not being available.
