"Great hotel if you are looking to stay close to the Royal Armouries and the Leeds pier. Is a walkable distance from there and from the bus station. The hotel in general is nice and during the week is very quiet. Good room, with comfortable and clean bed. Hair drier provided. "

"Stayed here many times with a small dog. Lovely hotel and staff are super friendly. Room excellent with a nice large tv. A short 5-10 min walk to the centre."

"Air conditioning or water boiler started up at 4.30 am creating a loud noise in our room and disturbed our sleep. Even with the window closed the noise woke us up every morning at the same time."
