"Great B&B for a short stay. Service was really good. Poor phone reception and no WiFi in the rooms. All the more reasons to just unwind. "

"Was a lovely hotel with lovely staff in a nice location, I do like the kings inn hotels but admittedly the bathroom wasn’t very clean nor modern and it did smell a little, but it was still good for the price we paid to stay there. The bed was comfortable and we had a sleep without any disturbances. Also breakfast was nice, and the bar maids were very nice and it was very calm and chilled to sit and have a drink in the evening. "

"Really enjoyable trip and the staff were incredibly helpful. Very clean and a perfect location in the heart of Hillsborough. The pub downstairs is a really nice establishment as well."

"Had to leave after 2 nights out of the 4 booked Loud music playing till early hours in morning would definitely not recomend this hotel"

"Fab hotel, an honestly bar which was a great idea, and hot freshly cooked breakfast, a towel rail broke our first night but a mention to owner and it was fixed on our return, nice fridge in room and milk supplied was a lovely surprise and lovely for a coffee after our ling journey. "

"Tv didn’t work, no access to WiFi as said in booking. 2 tiny bathrooms to share between around 10+ people. Had to leave early."

"Apartment furnishings are new and cozy. The washer/dryer combo is surely a plus. The staff was very helpful and the stay was most pleasurable. Love Roomz!"
