"Arrived quite late around 9pm but this was no problem. The room we were given was quite simply stunning. A beautiful rustic attic room with wooden floors and huge beams spanning the ceiling. There was a 60 inch TV and Netflix was provided free of charge which was a nice surprise. All in all I couldn't recommend this place enough. Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much to ask for. A thoroughly enjoyable stay."

"Booked 3 night stay, arrived to a property that looks to be in disrepair. Rubbish in the garden and overgrown. Opened the door to the accommodation and was immediately floored by the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. 10mins of being inside the property my clothes stank of cigarettes. The property details clearly show ‘smoke free’ Whilst looking around I noticed what appears to be human ‘snot’ wiped up the wall under the TV. "We stay at the Travelodge in Sheffield to move my son out of Uni halls. The Travelodge was easy to get to and parking was next door. The staff were very helpful, especially with the parking. They also informed us on breakfast, dinner and bar times and about door lock times and what to do. The room was clean and tidy, but I didn't get the best night sleep due to the traffic noise as our room over looked the tram bridge. "The Redbrook lodge was beautiful. Ample parking at the property and easy to get to. Everything supplied that you would need for an overnight stay. The bathroom door was a bit tempramental as it is on a runner but i assume it just needed fitting back onto the runner so not really a criticism. The outdoor lights were not working but the warden was quick to come and attempt to fix them, but was unsuccessful. I would still stay again."

"Clean and nice apartment to stay. Only problem I had was that WiFi was down a day before my check out. "

"We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and only 1 room was available. The staff blamed Expedia and we will never know the truth of the matter. We ended up with having a Z bed to accommodate the 3rd adult. The bar was closed by 8.30PM when we got back to the hotel, and none of us could sleep until the early hours due to all the noise outside, people screaming and boy racers screaming past. "

Asked them if I can get in the apartment when I was just an hour and half earlier than the check in time. But there was no cooperation had to wait outside with my luggage until time reached. "
