"The property itself is lovely, well furnished and clean. Except, on arrival we discovered a dirty poo-covered pair of pants in one of the drawers in the bedroom. We had been sent a key code via email. On arriving in the absolute freezing cold late at night, we could not get in. There was no light so we were shining a torch whilst trying to line up the numbers on the key safe. It would not open. "A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done. "Lock on the bathroom didn’t work, wifi not great. We stayed in number 19 flat 3. Don’t feel it should be advertised as luxury/deluxe, location really good so would recommend for that. And good value for money, perfect for 1-2 nights 👍 Wife says could’ve done with another mirror for getting ready. "
