If you want luxury & silence in your room, this isn't the place for you but if you want somewhere clean with all the basics and friendly staff for an overnight stay this is perfect. We had a double room with ensuite, all clean, tidy and comfortable. It had all of the basics we needed for an overnight visit. The staff are all lovely and so helpful. "Really easy check in/check out! Perfect parking within walking distance to west Bridgford! A lot of amenities close by! Room was clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay! "

"Only a 1-night stay on business, but the check-in was prompt and friendly, room comfortable, plenty of sockets for laptops, iPads, phones etc and the food in the restaurant (I had the meatball starter and combination shish for main), was excellent. Full English in the morning could have been a bit more impressive, but overall a good stay. Fully recommend for short business trips."

"Hotel area a little tired especially entrance stairs, room was good a bit cold on entry but soon warmed up once I worked out the aircon unit which is explained in a handy instruction guide. Food was very good and the discount for guests was a nice touch "
