"Property was facing the beach and our room overlooked the sea. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The communal areas although clean were dated. The staff were very helpful and were able to provide a hotel guest parking permit for parking on the road outside the property for a small charge of £2.20. It was a short walk to the pier and just a little further to the town centre. "

A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to).
