"Our stay is always good. The check in was ok. The clerk was very nice, but maybe new? In my online reservation note, I asked for 300 hall. He didn’t see it and tried to put us upstairs. "The property was located on a main road but a little way from town. Nothing was more than about 10 minutes or so. The pool was nice but the steps to get into the hot tub were somewhat difficult to ues. The steps were a pool ladder, but someone who is a bit older or with knee problems might have some difficulty. "Really great property and management! A 2-night wedding weekend was definitely not enough time to fully enjoy all this place had to offer. The kids loved all the arcade games and the adults loved the amenities and hangout spots. The short walk to the Crystal Mountain "downtown" area was easy as advertised. "The rooms are suites with eating area, wet bar, couch, fireplace and porch looking out on nature. Only 10 rooms in the lodge. There are many walking trails and you can circle the whole lake in less than 1.5 miles. Wonderful food and there is a small snack shop. Bring your own wine for dinner. Very very nice secluded spot. "
