"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast and coffee/tea 24-7. Room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was some noisy traffic early and sometimes late, but we were near tourist area. Very convenient to walk River St, many restaurants and shops nearby."

"When I travel alone I tend to look for the cheapest options and the older hotels/chains. This Best Western fit the criteria, but was pleasantly surprised by my experience. While the motel was the classical design (2 stories, stairs, all rooms with outdoor entrance) it was obvious it had been recently renovated. My room was spacious, the rug was new and clean, bed was very comfortable and bathroom counters and fixtures new and updated. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. I would...

"We had a good stay, we got there right after a snow storm and most things were closed in the area. Hard to evaluate with everything cood, slippery and wet,."

"Great service our entire stay! Hotel is close to everything so we could easily walk anywhere or you can purchase trolly tickets at the hotel for a discount and take that around the city. Great warm breakfast, every morning they made something different. Valet parking is to expensive, if you don’t need your car self park it right across the street and leave it there for your stay. Very safe area! "

"Hotel was nice and in a convenient location. Breakfast wasn’t great but sufficient. Suite was spacious and comfortable with the pillows being the exception. They were pitiful and need to be replaced. One of the desk clerks was not helpful when we asked for info on someplace close to get dessert. Really feel desk clerks should be more knowledgeable or at least have access to that type of information. "
