"Had 1 night stay only but have experienced very helpful staff at checked-in and at checked-out. Room is nice and comfortable. Location is near a small park, nice greenery and also just a street behind the main street with many eateries, gift shopsm etc. very convenient for last minute shopping before flight."

"Cutest hotel room, ever. Yummy snacks and beverages in the room and they delivered breakfast in a little basket every morning. There is no tv but there is a stand that holds a tablet or phone to watch. LOVED the vinyl record player in the room! Nepresso was wonderful. "

"This was a really great place, with a very comfortable room which had a small working kitchen. It is next to a swimming area, and has a washing machine that guests can use (may have to wait for others). My room was overlooking the rubbish area so I got woken up each 6amish by the rubbish truck, but I really didn't mind given the quality of the room. The receptionist only spoke Korean, but was very helpful anyway. There is a 24 hour convenience store, along with a couple of nearby food options."

"This hanok gave a very traditional vibe into our stay. The service was great especially the manager who accommodated our late check-in and assistance with an important call I had to make. The place was clean. They also recommended restaurants within the area. The 서귀포"

"The room smelled like smoke right away when you walked in, even though they say they are a smoke free hotel. The bed sheets had stains and because the room was just penetrating with the smoke smell the towels smelled like that too. Staff was nice but I still would of preferred a smoke free room. "
