"The room we stayed in needs a GOOD deep cleaning, but the lobby & breakfast area were nice & clean. The lady that checked us in was a little short, she didn't tell us about breakfast or checkout time, and I had to ask about how to access the room. The two ladies in the morning both at the desk & taking care of breakfast were very pleasant. We stayed there due to the closeness to the racetrack."

"The property was under construction/renovations. The area in the back where the work was being done was not roped off. Just 2 cones blocking 2 parking spaces. I felt this made for dangerous condition for hotel guest. "

"The location was excellent for access to VIR. Accommodations were perfect for four adults and very clean. All rooms were recently renovated and modern.The house was fully furnished with everything you would need including coffee pods. The outside area was well manicured and the fire pit area was relaxing after a day at the track. "

"John was the consummate host in this lovely BNB. We had more than plenty of room to move around. The location was just close enough to get to a handful of restaurants and shops with a quick drive but the neighborhood was also walkable and quiet at night. John gave us plenty of good ideas for a day trip and nearby sights."
