"We really enjoyed our first time at this house in Clarksville. We always love our trips to Bugg's Island and this house did not disappoint!!!! Pros: Very clean, easy access to town, great communication with the owners prior to arrival. We didn't have any issues or concerns during our stay. Loved the owners laminated reminders for check-in and check-out ~ made taking care of their house a breeze. The house provided all the kitchen appliances you would need for eating at home and grilling out....

"We stayed at this property for Lakefest. It's quiet, clean, and close to Clarksville. Loved the shady, private walk to the beach and all the amenities. Such a quiet cove for small children to swim and enjoy the water. Internet was spotty, but otherwise great stay!"

All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were clearly labeled making it easy to find and replace cooking items. The covered deck overlooking the lake was maybe the best part and we utilized it every day. Speaking of the lake, the house is located on a terrific spot with quick and easy access to the lake. "Cindy was very thoughtful throughout our stay. The property was great and everything we needed and more. We asked about a grill before our arrival and she replied that she was sorry and they didnā€™t have one. However, about a couple hours later she told me she purchased a grill and supplies for us to use! Iā€™ve stayed at many properties before and this is definitely in my top 3 due to the hosts attentiveness and thoughtfulness. Recommend 10/10! "

"Two families enjoyed a great stay! Easy check-in and very responsive host. Loved swimming off the dock and using the kayak. Enjoyed all of the many scenic seating areas, inside and out.
