"The bathroom air fan did not do a good job reducing odor. The bathroom was clean but had a lingering odor that wasn’t pleasant. I only saw one staff member and he was very pleasant. I had no idea when I booked where the hotel was located and as a single woman traveling alone I was a little nervous being on the ground floor but it was fine. The transportation service worked very well getting me to and from the San Francisco airport "

"Ikay everything was on s ale 1-10. This stat was a 9. But what nakes me feel welcome is tne front desk lady. She really nice and love her smile, everytime she looks or talks to me i get goosebumps, i want to ask her for her number, besides being shy i try keep it professional, but for the record if she does reads tnis i like take u out to eat and maybe the hot tubs. "
