"You get what you pay for... We were in and out quick, not looking for lavesh . Wanted affordable and easy and that's what we got. "

"I prefer hard floors (not carpeting) The shower was horrible, no pressure, intermittent hot water and without a handheld shower made it almost impossible to rinse off ! "

"The hotel is on a main road and that is convenient but also it feels exposed. Apart from that is feels like it was recently remodeled so it is clean and the rooms are good and spacious. The breakfast is included and they have a good variety of items. We stayed for one night and it was good for the value and good distance between St Pete and Tampa. "

"The beds were so uncomfortable that the two of us had to sleep in one bed. The bathroom was not cleaned very well with some ceilings plaster on the floor "

"It was very convenient to shopping at the outlet mall. They are currently remodelling so there was some areas blocked off and there was remodeling things aroundcthe property. The staff was very friendly. Basic breakfast, cereal, waffles, juice, bread were available. It is in small area so it was very congested. Room was very clean with laminate flooring. Would definitely stay again."

"The place is under renovation and the people doing the renos are working very hard to complete the work. Once completed it will be very nice. Everyone we encountered at this place were beyond helpful. Vontinentsl breakfast was excellent and very clean and well kept."

"Very friendly staff, clean bright modern renovated rooms. Easy access to walk into your place and not have to wait for elevators like bigger hotels. Close to everything you could possibly need while being in Clearwater. Will be coming back whenever in town again! "
