"In Florida for my daughter's military ceremony/promotion. Hotel was convenient to where we were going, although finding it late at night from the Restuarant nearby was a bit of a challenge...more signage as to how to wind around the other business would have been helpful. The room was quite adequate for 4, the breakfast while typical hotel food was plentiful, and the cleanliness was great. We did have to ask for extra towels as only two were provided for a room for 4 but they got them to us...

"Very friendly staff. I received a reminder call about my reservation. Instead of sending a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, very late at night, the management sent an Uber to pick us up. It was very quick and it was much appreciated after a long travel day. The front desk person was very helpful and provided exceptional service. We will definitely stay there again the next time we cruise out of Tampa. "

Unfortunately while I was there, the elevator was out of service because of the hurricane so you may want to check to find out if you can get a lower level room if climbing to the fourth floor will be a problem for you. Also, while I was there, there were a number of children who were running up and down outside my room before 8 o’clock each day. I like kids, but it definitely interfered with sleeping in. "For one, i didn't know that the shuttle didnt leave for the airport until 7 am, but the gentleman at the desk was more then helpful by calling a cab company for my pick up at 5 am. The $30 was immedialtly put make in my account whereas that never happened with a hotel in NYC. I will certainly book with this hotel in clearwater st pete in the future !!!!!"
