"We had an excellent time. Property has been recently remodeled. We had the room with the hot tub and a great ocean view. Breakfast is not much. Just a couple of cereals and some toast and coffee. Restaurant on site is not open for breakfast. We ate dinner off site as the food was like sports bar food and we wanted some fresh sea food. Staff was great. "

"Very friendly staff. Elevator doesn't work and we were on 3rd floor and there are very steep stairs. No TV or coffee maker in room, however you do get a nice welcome drink and coffee is available downstairs. Convenient to everything Hopland has to offer. Short walk to a couple tasting rooms and nice restaurants. "

"The house is located west of Hwy 1, just a short walk to the bluffs and trails. The house was clean, and very comfortable…the hot tub was a plus and provided some incredible star gazing in the evenings. The house is a short 5 minute drive to Gualala for supplies or dining. The many west facing windows in the house provide the perfect view of the sunset….another pleasant bonus. Communications with the property management team was very prop and provided incredible service when we inadvertently...

"Although the winter storms keep rolling in, we remained cozy and so happy at this spacious, clean, and well stocked, well maintained modernized home. We cooked everyday and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was perfect, with a trail head access to the Gualala River nearby and gorgeous redwood groves. The property management company, Grand Welcome, and local staff support were very responsive, especially by text. On the last day as we were checking out, one of our cars...

"Very nice house, feels like a cabin in the woods! There are neighbors nearby, but you can’t hear them or see them from the living room’s large window. Really clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Thanks for a great stay!"
