"I should prep this by saying I've stayed at this hotel a few dozen times in the past, as a child, as a teen, as a young adult, and now as an older adult. I've watched it go through some interesting changes. 20 years ago it was a scary hotel to stay at, but now its quite pleasant. The staff is friendly, english speaking people, the majority of people staying at the hotel for an extended period seem to be working class folks in transition between places to live or simply on the road working. "

"The room and surrounding property were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and even called me to make sure my room was okay! There's also a decent grocery store close by and Panera is right next to the building. All in all this place was great, if you're staying in Ann Arbor I' recommend this place."

"Clean, very friendly staff, breakfast was fresh and good, common areas very clean, including the pool, breakfast, hallways, entry, and tables. The expressway, was like a rumble at night which was like white noise and actually promoted sleep. (Never thought I’d say that, but it is true) Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Decor was modern and kept up. Overall it was a very pleasant stay."
