"Property is a little old, but fresh paint, and clean linens, and a tv. Average place to stay for the night, and conveniently located right off the I-80. Breakfast was ok if you like biscuits and gravy. They also had dry cereal & milk, apples, bagels and cream cheese. No eggs. No yogurt. They did have Folgers hot coffee and juice. "

"Friendly, clean, comfortable, spacious. Big refrigerator/freezer was a perk I did not expect. Yeah, it's older. Think of it as going to grandma's house when you were a kid. Only negative was the pickup truck noise going by. That stopped by 10:30, started up at 5:30. Would stay here again. "

"Found the property up an unpaved alley at the rough end of Rawlins. No prior emailed instructions on how to gain access and no one to meet us or any notice to indicate who guests should call. No signage apart from that in the photo. No way was I pushing open any closed doors in that area. We booked into an alternative Rawlins hotel and obtained a refund."
