The staff should be able to speak English WHY DO HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER MOTEL TO CHECK IN. THERE WAS A WATER LEAK IN THE BATH ROOM. NOT ENOUGH PARKING AND WAS BLOCKED IN FOR HOURS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

If you are planning on breakfast at the hotel plan on going across the street to the Quality Inn. The same management owns both hotels so I guess they only want to take care of one dining area.

Room was adequate but needed a good cleaning. Very noisy neighbors that started their vehicle at 5 am and let it run for several minutes before leaving. Hot breakfast was across the street and down a bit from this hotel. Not convenient.

Really this place bears a nationwide brand? The ceiling in the room must be 10 feet high, the room echos when you talked to each other.It was all around nasty.

Check-in was terrible - took 20 mins to find the person and get her to the front desk. I’ve stayed at places that cost half as much as this place and the values were far better. The rates charged by this motel are ridiculous.

The property was cobbled together as well as the rooms. The rooms were filthy light in bathroom didn't work and shower was gross. But yet charge basically the same prices as way nicer hotels. Not worth 40.00 a night much less the 115.00 they charge!!

If you feel like you have extra money that you want to give away this is the place for you. When we got there we had to goto another hotel to check in and was told we had to go back to this hotel in the morning if we wanted the breakfast. The place was dirty and had several places on the floors and walls with duct tape on them. I thought we didnt have any hot water for the shower but after about 5 mintes of running water i decided just to get in the shower anyways and about 3 minutes later we had hot water but for only one shower. TV did not work. Would not recommend to anyone and i felt like i overpayed by about $120 for the room, total rip off!!

Front desk empty. Sign to call number. Called, Went to voicemail. Voice mail was full. Tried to cancel stay on expedia but was too late. Did not stay at Rodeway. No one there to check me in!

People were fighting in the lobby. I think it was a mom and daughter. It was all in another language so idk what about. When we went to go check out no one was there so we just left the card key there. There were people talking outside our room the whole night. Don’t go here not worth the $100 or so.

I am disputing the charge for this room through my cc company since the front desk staff hung up on me. It took 6 tries to get in a room that wasn’t actually occupied. Once in a room, it was filthy, main light didn’t work and what certainly appears to be blood and other substances on the mattress. Woman screaming outside. Cracked mirror, you name it, if it was nasty it was in the room. Horrendous “customer service”. Wish I could give zero stars.

Down in the dumps
We arrived to a warm and stuffy room as they had the AC turned off in the room. The walls had touch ups all over the room and the bathrrom. And, the bathroom had water damage that looked like perhaps they fixed the leak but they didn't fix the water damage. Also, the pillows were less then desirable and the bed was hard. I most likely will not be staying here when I come back through town in a few weeks.

I went to check in and I was directed to drive across the street to another hotel to check in. What?? Sure thing. I checked in, drove back across the street and my keys didn’t work. Drove back across the street and was given a different room and keys. Again, the keys didn’t work. The maintenance man was walking by and opened it up for me. The smell of musty mold was intolerable. I drove back across the street told the front desk I was not going to stay because of the mold smell and then went to another hotel. Expedia shouldn’t even recommend this place.

Als je op zoek bent naar een kamer die zich onderscheidt in het meest negatieve dan zit je daar perfect. Wat een vieze en aftandse zooi. Bijna alles is kapot zelfs de ijsmachine en frisdrank automaat zijn niet eens aangesloten. Als je aankomt moet je inchecken in bij een ander motel. Er ligt een hand geschreven briefje op de balie en je mag het verder uitzoeken. Bedden kompleet doorgezakt. Na klagen een andere kamer gekregen en die was nog erger. Nog een keer klagen weer een andere kamer maar die was te vies om ook maar een minuut in te liggen. Bij de 3de keer klagen onze spullen gepakt en vertrokken en of we ons geld terug kregen? Nee het was geen beleid dus sorry en dan sta je daar.
