"We got stuck in Rawlins by an unexpected winter storm. We were in our way to Seattle from Texas to see our new grandson and knew nothing about the weather in this area. Joe E. Was extremely helpful in helping us find safe routes. When Interstate 80 was closed for over five hours, the lady at the front desk (an older lady with blonde hair and glasses) was amazing at calming me down. She was both comforting and informative about the travel conditions. Staff is amazing here."
