"Grassy Flats resort is a beautiful, private, secluded property. We felt so relaxed here. There is not much of a “beach” area but seeing the high and low tide reveal the “grassy flats” was so cool. There are beach chairs/lounge chairs everywhere (by pools and along ocean front) so you can post up wherever you want. The pool was awesome and shady. "This is an older motel. It's obvious that they're trying to make sure that it is surface clean. I didn't expect any more than that. The ladies that were working were super super friendly. I have an allergy to mold, mildew, and dust. All were prevalent in this room. This motel has the potential to be something super special and unique if given the proper love it needs. "

"The property is beautiful! We stayed in the cabins and they were cute! The only thing I would have liked to have been better would have been the tv situation for the evening time. There is no internet or tv channels at all . If the tvs were updated to smart tvs then you could atleast hook your phone to it. "

Daughter and her partner had a 10 min walk to the pristine sombrero beach on the days they didn’t chill by the private pool.
