"Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!"

"We had an excellent stay at Coco Plum Beach! The condo was lovely. It was just as described and had everything we needed. We appreciated the fact that the condo complex was not overly large. We had a relaxing stay and look forward to staying here again sometime. "

"We enjoyed the well appointed rooms, outdoor deck & the unexpected outdoor loft looking out to the ocean. We also appreciated the additional amenities of paper towels, laundry detergent, dish & hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. which are not always provided at rentals. The covered parking, elevator & pool were nice features."

"We stayed here 4 nights end of May. The owners were friendly and helpful with a bait shop on site. This is a perfect place for a guy's or family fishing trip. The on-site boat ramp easily fits our 32' boat. We will stay here again in the future."

"The fishing jetty was a peaceful and wonderful place for watching sunsets, making new friends and catching fish for supper. We caught our own fish dinner every night while enjoying a beautiful sunset. The apartment was comfortable and clean and fit our needs perfectly. We'll be back."

"Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful."

"Efficiency unit. Small, clean and homey. Hosts are very responsive. There was a binder with recommendations for things to do and restaurants which was very helpful and appreciated. The jetty is great for views and/or fishing. Marathon is great base location to explore the keys. First time in the Keys. Loved it and would rent again. "
