"We love staying here when we’re in Marysville. This hotel is nice and clean. This last trip though, our only complaint is that housekeeping in the morning was VERY LOUD at 9am. They’ve talked and laughed so loud it woke us up. We opted for the late checkout option which was at 1pm because we were out late the night before. It really didn’t help that housekeeping was waking up the whole entire floor (3rd) with their conversation and laughter. Given that normal checkout time is 11am, the kind...

"All was good and quiet. Breakfast was uncomfortable as two obviously homeless individuals came to the breakfast room and skulked about. Then helped themselves and chowed down. Did not feel comfortable and we felt concerned for the sole little lady tending the breakfast area. "

"The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. My room, though, at least to me, smelled like pet urine, and I know they allow pets. The gentleman at the front desk came to my room and said that it just smelled like cleaning products. I just stuck it out and used the deodorizer I have in my car. There was also no chair, or chairs, for the table and desk which made it difficult to work on my computer."

"I liked that when I checked in and my room was dirty, the lady at the front desk didnt argue with me one bit about switching to a different room. "

"Its easy and convenient to find your way around. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Some front desk people dont know as much as some others. But they might just be new. Overall we had a great, comfortable stay and amazing breakfast every morning. The coffee stand in their parking lot is super convenient and the best coffee we have come across. "

"It's been around the block a few times, but was clean, which was my biggest concern! Everything was in good working order. Desk staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great with a lot of food choices, and the eating area was spotless. I will stay here every time I am in the area, which will probably be about 6 times per year. "

"Most staff was great only one person was not thinking clearly. The person who checked us in forgot to give us an information we needed. I had to go back to the front desk later for the information I needed. All interactions with the staff was pleasant. The facility was great except the shower drain was plugged. I let the front desk know. Immediately a staff member came to fix the issue. I like that my parking was in a secure garage."
