"We went during the Christmas season and the hotel was nicely decorated - inside and out. The town was also very well decorated… I’m assuming since the town hosts the Polar Express. "We always love coming to stay here when we go to Williams. We love using the indoor pool area. This time the room we were in was a bit noisy with the rooming neighbors but that’s not the hotels fault, just inconsiderate people. This isn’t a fancy hotel, but the wonderful customer service always brings us back. "

"It was a good stay the only complain was the hand towels above the toilet smelled. I’m guessing the weren’t switched out previously because no one used them. The bath towels smelled clean. "

"Room is huge and has very stylish wooden furniture. Very good for families or group of friends. It is a good (and significantly less expensive) option if your destination is Great Canyon. But there is not much around it. "
