Keep driving, don’t recommend this place…front desk lady had an attitude when asking about the TV remote, dirty towels that were falling apart, towels where as thin as tissue paper…then noisy AF, don’t stay on the first floor if you do plan on getting a room, all night long it sounded like the ceiling was going to collapse from the people on the second floor…way to expensive for the quality of the room…

This place is conveniently located for interstate travelers. The clerk, Tabitha, gave us great restaurant recommendations and helpful parking advice in order to avoid one-way streets. I did not like that both access doors to our building did not lock.

Location is very convenient for Grand Canyon visit. Williams is cute town with a few attractions of its own. We were traveling with a small dog, and were given a convenient first floor room. The dog walking area was basically a dirty dusty path. I noticed my white socks were dirty after briefly walking on carpet in room. I think some was from my dog’s paws but not all (?). The darkening shade in room had holes in it (maybe from a previous pet) and needed replacing. The front-desk staff was very friendly, beds were clean (although sheets looked old).

Room was clean, good breakfast Check in was not as smooth as normal , I showed up at 1205 am due to there was snow that evening and .initially told my reservation was cancelled (automatically by the computer ) at midnight even though I prepaid for it. The front desk had to call corporate and they got cancellation reversed and got my room. But it took about 20 mins. Once in room all was good. I would stay again

"Dad... why did he call you a liar? I saw you call and talk to them... He wasn't telling the truth." Those were the words of my 11-year-old as we walked out of a Quality Inn in Williams, AZ. If you were a detective, you'd probably want to know: who am I, who called me a liar, and why? But before we get to that, let me give you a quick overview. Last Thursday, my family and I were returning home to Mesa, AZ after a trip to the Grand Canyon. I had booked a night at the Quality Inn to make our journey easier. Due to a snowstorm, I knew we would be checking in late, so I called the hotel around 9 p.m. (screenshot of the call included) to let them know we'd arrive around 1 a.m. The person on the phone assured me it wouldn't be a problem. However, when we finally arrived—exhausted, as you'd expect after a long day of travel—things took an unexpected turn. When I approached the front desk, I was told the hotel was sold out. I wasn't worried, though. I had my reservation and had called to confirm our late arrival. But the clerk insisted my room was given away because we were a "no-show." He went even further, saying I never called—claiming that, since he was on duty, he would know. I clarified that I had called, and that my son was with me during the call. To my disbelief, the clerk called me a liar. I showed him the call log on my phone, confirming the hotel’s number and the call duration. Still, he refused to help, offering no apology or solution.
