"Gated parking lot"

"The only thing that made me not like my stay was that the elevator was broke down the entire time I was there and I booked 2 rooms and they were so far apart i did not like it. I mean booking two rooms usually means you want your rooms to be close together and not be one on the second floor and the one on the lowest level they have. "

"I liked late night check-in availability. I didn’t like the loose toilet in our room& the carpet in the facility could be cleaned."

"Parking is a nightmare when the airport has a delay, I have a handicap placard due to walking issues and we had to park so far away. The overnight shuttle man saved us when he picked us up. By far my lifesaver after a late night concert. Bed and pillows were comfortable, hotel was clean. Way to many people in the small breakfast area. However breakfast was good and just tells you people like the hotel. Staff during check-in, return from night out and checkout very pleasant and friendly. "

"This hotel was great. I came here because I was attending a music concert. Check in was quick and easy as was check out. Breakfast was great. The food was properly heated and well organized. The fitness room and the pool made the trip all the more enjoyable. If I were to take a trip back, I’d definitely come back to this hotel. "

"The people are staff at the extended. Stay facility facility were very cordial and extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. The one suggestion I would like to give is to see a trash can in the bathroom so that I could place my used feminine products in a trash can in the bathroom VS having to wrap it in tolietpaper and then discarding in the only trash can that was in the room that was in the cabinet under the kitchen sink."

"No frills, but cleaner than youd expect from the cost! Hotel requires room deposit which is not something im used to, but it was returned upon checkout. "

"This place was a nice place. It was comfortable for us, we were in town for a family high school graduation party, was there for 2 nights. There was no usb charging station. The pool and breakfast was good"

"average place to stay and you get what you pay for. Was very close to Historic St. charles main street and centrally located to anything you really wanted to do. Back entry way kept unlocked so anyone could just slip in. Could use upgrading to facilities . Was there for a concert. Not horrible but not great and again was located close to everything being the only plus. "

"It’s nothing special but it’s quiet and an OK place to stay for one or two nights. "

"Our room had some slight water damage and after it rained it was coming in the window sill. Not a big deal, but worth noting! Otherwise, room was fine, not bad for staying one night!"
