"É um hotel simples e com boa localizaçâo. Nosso quarto estava limpo, fomos bem atendidos e o café da manhã estava gostoso. A garagem não é coberta e os quartos são meio antigos, mas atende bem se você quer um lugar para dormir. "

" O hotel é bem bonitinho por dentro, ajeitado, mesmo estando numa zona deteriorada do Centro de Florianópolis, onde há lixo nas calçadas e muitos usuários de drogas 24 horas. Apesar disso, a localização é estratégica, pois fica perto do terminal central de ônibus e da Rodoviária. Me surpreendi com a qualidade do quarto que fiquei, esperava condições aquém do que encontrei. Mando meus agradecimentos ao pessoal que cuida, são todos jovens, em especial ao Muriel, que foi muito prestativo comigo."

"This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. I would stay there again."
