"It’s a busy area but great location in proximity to Fairfield University, beach areas and the town of Fairfield. And the black rock neighborhood has some great restaurant options within walking distance. The apartment was updated, clean and spacious. "

"The apartment was lovely. The building is new so everything was pretty. The shower was wonderful with loads of essentials. I never figured out which fob was for the building’s front door but access to the unit was easy once I figured out that the code was for always."

"Black Rock is an eclectic area with music, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The unit is walking distance to these places. The unit is very clean and newly updated with modern touches! The communication with the manager was quick and efficient! It would have been nice to have dedicated parking for the unit, but there was always ample street parking."

"I really enjoyed my week long stay in Stamford. I was there for a work trip, and staying in a suite was far more desirable then a hotel for the week. I was able to grocery shop, within walking distance, and cook all my meals. A far healthier option then eating out for the entire week. The suite was clean and well maintained. I also enjoyed all of the outdoor living/common areas in the building. I appreciated keeping my stay as close to my normal home routine as possible. Having access to a gym...
