"Had a very nice stay at this property for a night while in town for a college tour with my daughter. Rooms are well kept and very clean. Could use a few more amenities, such as a box of tissues and a dirty clothes bag. Bed was very comfortable. Property was conveniently located to downtown Fairfield, Fairfield University, Sacred Heart University and Westport. "

"My room is a bit cold and the thermostat doesn't seem to be budging. I had to get another blanket Also there's no clock by the bed. I like to be able to wake up in middle of the night and see what time it is I had chicken quesadillas at your restaurant and they were fabulous!"

"The staff was very helpful ,very friendly and accommodating.the hotel itself was well maintained and clean.i just Had a complaint about ac not working but the staff to care of the problem immediately the first night. Now the only thing i wasnt happy about was that the hottub was out of service and the pool itself need an upgrade.It make the pool alittle greenish yellowish..Other then that my stayed at this hotel was great..Would stay again for sure."
