"We initially had an issue with our room location on our first time being so close to the elevator we were not able to sleep. We went down the best morning and spoke with Sarah who was very accommodating and moved us to a better room further from the elevator. We were very appreciative of her service and also the location of the hotel as well and price which is why we picked it. "
