"The rooms are very simple, but functional. The bathroom is spacious, clean, with excellent updated plumbing 😉 Breakfast is simple, but very good. Location is excellent, close to evening - old town, river walks, main bus station, little port etc. Concha beach is only12 minutes walk."

There is no lock on the room. Shower was ok. I wake up to construction noise in the morning. There is no proper kitchen and if someone is cooking you can smell it from your bed. "

Main issue was the self catering equipment was missing basics, but this was resolved by the staff when we asked. A small amount of investment (wine glasses, bottle openers, coffee makers etc) could make it much better. "
