It's a little way out of the centre but the underground station is nearby and the neighbourhood feels safe. The Internet is slow at times. We would happily stay here again should we return to Vienna. "The front staff was excellent and so friendly. In an older historical building with beautiful floors. A good spot to sleep and rest. Shower were good water pressure. There is a metro stop in front of the building which helps you access all of Vienna. "

"The good thing is that it was directly across from the train station. However, the apartment was dusty, the patio had cigarette butts on the ground, and the inside hallway wall was very dirty. There is also a coffee machine yet no coffee available. There was only one fan yet there are two rooms. I would highly recommend when booking to choose the option with AC. We over looked this and thought it had AC and were pretty miserable at night."
