"The only complaint I have is that because these are unmanaged or at least I never met or saw an employee - there was no one to deal with the folks who decided to stay up yelling and screaming all night. The next night too someone came onto a shared balcony and tried to look into my window. Just there wasn’t anyone to call in these situations for help."

"Very helpful front desk staff, who offered local knowledge of places to see and where to eat. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location for local transport. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I was on business trip so only stayed one-night, but i did have an external meeting online call which crossed over with check-out and the lady at the front -desk was accommodating to suggest I use the Tv Suite as its quiet and i can work from there until I need to leave. "Great experience. Lady at front desk was very helpful. Thought it was a great deal for Oslo. I had a rent a car, so easy to get to. No tv in room, fine by me. One in the lobby. Shared bathroom, clean and convenient. Full shared kitchen. Very convenient. I went to the local market, heated up pasta and sauce. I would definitely recommend. Lobby had a nice zen feeling. Nice touch with the battery candles. "

"Very modern apartment hotel. Hotel is however located next to train tracks. so noise from trains all day and night. This is a self service hotel, so no reception. Had some issues with the heating panel that did not work, so my room was quite cold, and did not really know who to contact. Also the user panel was in Spanish for the heating panel so that did not help, and also the oven in the kitchen har a user guide in Spanish??? Parking is located a bit away from the hotel and it is not possible...

"Good location but 35 mins from airport. Transportation $40-$60 with Bolt. The hotel is contactless and self service. Everything is done by text. Good response time but this was a surprise to me. They should send you a follow up message after you make your reservation advising how to check in. If l didn't buy a SIM card from the airport l don't know how l would have contacted them. That experience was alarming to me. Good pubic transportation from the hotel to the city proper."
