"This is listed as a 4 star hotel, no chance it is a 2 star at best. Room was filthy with thick dust everywhere, tea stains on the door and walls. Carpets up the stairs was filthy. Only 1 tea bag and 1 coffee sachet. The room was no more than a glorified cupboard. Black mould in the bathroom. I arranged to take my dog, but when I arrived they said no, then when I paid I was told it wasn't included. Luckily I had my email to show what I booked, so sorted that out.
