The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Avoid this place! Rooms were dirty there was mould all over the bathroom couple of weed smokers were in other rooms and it smelled disgusting we didn’t even spend more than 20 minutes there and they didn’t give a refund. "

"We booked this property late on Saturday evening as we had a late confirmation on a job to go to locally, we didn`t get confirmation of the job till just before 7pm and then had to drive from Kidderminster, the receptionist stayed on an extra hour to greet us and check us in, absolutely fantastic service."
