"The automated kiosk instead of front desk staff worked smoothly, but I would prefer an actual person. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, not great. The pool was adequately clean, not great. There was a large water damage hole in the bathroom ceiling that didn’t affect anything other than visual aesthetics. Cleanliness was excellent "

"This property was built in 1912... before elevators and central AC was thing...wink, wink. The 3 flights of stairs weren't as daunting after we lugged the luggage up them and the AC wall unit kept it pretty cold. They are expanding and I'm sure the newer section will have all the modern bells and whistles. Parking is around the corner, but it is free for hotel guests...so there's the win there. Would I stay again? Yes! The price was right, the property's cute with a nice vibe, the staff was...
