"Absolutely gorgeous view, beautiful sunrise from the balcony, shower was really nice and overall the condo was very clean! Couple of down sides were the sofa bed was not very clean or comfortable and also I reached out to Chris regarding the A/C as it was set for 78 and could not be adjusted….her response was you do not need it this time of year because of the Christmas winds , I then explained that I had traveled from single digits and low dew points to 70 degrees overnight with dew points...

"We spent a week at this villa in Dec 2024. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is great- the view from the balcony is spectacular, short walk down to a good restaurant/bar with an equally spectacular view, 15 min walk along the bay gets you to Coki Beach and Coral World, and a short drive to Red Hook you can enjoy a bunch of good restaurants and a grocery store.
