"What a wonderful stay we had ! Our unit was a HUGE upgrade from a regular hotel room. Spacious, gorgeous view from a wrap around deck. Comfortable furniture and well appointed. The 3 pools were never crowded and the staff was very kind. It should be noted that they offer shuttles to your unit as the stairs that wind around the property and could be problematic for anyone with a disability. Personally I liked the exercise!!! The two restaurants offered good variety, the more casual Sea Bar & Grill was a WIN, good food and a bartender with just the right amount of sass. The fine dining choice was terrific too, don’t miss the Chocolate Brûlée! All in all we had a magnificent time and felt the price we paid was WELL worth it. Thank you Point Pleasant for kicking our year off in such a beautiful way. "

"Highly recommend this place to stay for your vacation. Host provided lots of good recommendations for beaches, food, and activities. Was also very responsive for any questions that we had. Location is up on a hill with three pools on the property. There is a really cool nature path to walk around to check out all the sites around the resort. Excellent restaurant on site by the water. There is a fancier restaurant on site but with little kids we just got dessert to go (which was amazing). The condo has amazing views, was clean, had supplies needed for beach days, and worked well for having a toddler and baby with us. Will stay here again if able to come back!"

"My friend and I rented this place from a Monday through a Friday and it was nothing but amazing. No complaints from us whatsoever. It was especially cool being right next to Margaritaville and made for retrieving taxis super easy. We also loved how we had a secluded communal pool a few feet from our unit. Needless to say we will be back but definitely for a longer trip!! Thank you again Karen and Rick!"

"Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Views were amazing. Loved the location of the condo on the property - very convenient to the Onsite Restaurants which are great, also a short walk to the pool. Host was friendly and very responsive. Would recommend if you are headed to St Thomas."

"This place is exactly as described, and I loved the balcony and the view. Every morning, I stepped out onto the balcony to do yoga, enjoying the wonderful slight breeze coming off the water—it felt magical. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the space is both cute and comfortable. When we encountered an issue, the manager was very helpful and responsive.There's a great bar just two flights down that offers excellent drinks and food. You can easily walk to Margaritaville, but be prepared to take your shoes off if the tide is high; the walk there feels like you’re going through a mini jungle. The only downside is the noise from the party boats passing through and the locals on the nearby beach. If you don't mind a lot of music throughout the day and into the evening, it’s not a big deal. However, I recommend bringing noise-canceling headphones if you are sensitive to noise.I would give this place more stars if there were an option. Highly recommend!!"
