"This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away. Closest shop about 200...

"The very low rates, initially raised a level of scepticism, so I thought I'd take a look at some of the reviews. Quite unexpectedly, I saw so much positivity that I had to give it a go. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room size was more than adequate for my needs, all set in a pleasant leafy borough in easy walking distance from Kensington Palace, Hyde park, Portobello Road and Notting Hill.
