"Hotel definitely shows its age. Only one elevator worked while we were there and with 15 floors that's an issue. Breakfast was very good and staff very professional. Rooms are big and bed comfortable. Good for short stay. Well situated downtown."

"Great location for an overnight prior our Cruise at Galveston and due to proximity to NASA Space Center and other establishments e.g. Mcdonalds, CVS, etc. The parking lot is well lit although there were some people with pushcarts hanging around late at night there. Friendly staff. The standard room is big and has blackout curtains, a fridge w freezer, washroom w shower/tub, and stove. No critters noted although the floor did need a little bit more vacuuming for the dust. The place feels eery but...
