"The first room was never cleaned or sheets changed, microwave and refrigerator was filthy. Second room keycard would not work. Third room had a dirty sock behind the door and the carpet and floor was not clean. One bed had glitter on it but the second bed was okay. Very upset about having to carry luggage around. I will never stay in those hotels ever again. They did not even give me or offer a discount!"

"My parents stayed at this location for an overnight trip in the mountains and it was their first staying there. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and loved the feature of the balcony/patio in the room and the view of the mountains was spectacular and having a full-size refrigerator was convenient to have since you could store more drinks in it compared to other hotels. Yes, the kitchenette had some wear and tear dust but nothing major to report when it comes to things they did not like about...
