"The house is absolutely gorgeous! They have done a great job keeping a lot of period charm. I would say my only complaint would be the older bedding , the condition under the sink and window treatments. It is a sweet area. I wish I had time to explore."

"If you’re looking for a great home kinda feel look no further. Karen and her staff treated us like family for our 2 night stay. The rooms were perfect size for my girlfriend and I and the bed was super comfortable. Parking was super easy, unloading/ loading was no issue. The meals that we had were great and the prices were more than fair. If you’re in the Benton area and looking for a place to stay DO NOT I repeat DO NOT look any further!!"

"This was our second time staying at this home, and the first time bringing my young children (11 and 8). We absolutely love the property, the home is stunning and it sits on such a beautiful piece of land. The home was exceptionally clean and my son loved that there was a piano there where he could play his music. The new fire pit is absolutely amazing, we lit fires each night even though it got pretty cold outside. It’s the only home to rent if you want to stay in this part of Sullivan County....

"Was really pleased with everything about this booking. Hosts were excellent from initial communication about bringing my dogs and quick to answer any and all concerns before and during our stay.
