"I stay here every time I visit which is about 4 times a year, never had issues. It’s in a great area and always super clean. The manager and front desk manager are both incredibly nice and helpful. This time our bathtub wouldn’t drain properly (wasn’t worried about it as we were leaving the next morning) and the manager immediately wanted to help and I told him it we weren’t worried about it but just wanted him to know. No washcloths. Toilet paper despenser hard to get to. Lamp base was rusty. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, as was maintenance. Housekeeping opened the door without knocking. "

"Service was a little slow but eventually they got around to thanks. The staff as a whole is very nice and very cooperative. There were issues however, with the fact that the other guests were loud and noisy and awfully haven't arguments and fights and hallways. Unruly kids and adults on hallways and stairwells People allow their pets to defecate on hallway Rules of hotel (of there are any) are not enforced Wish they would repair the pool and have it ready by summer Any one that is long-term...
